Welcome to The Dance Barn online!

Snow Policy: Please call the studio (985-3200) after 1pm on weekdays and 9am on Saturdays to check for cancellations. We do NOT cancel just because the county schools are closed. If a storm is scheduled to start late in the afternoon or evening we will sometime hold the first few classes of the day, and we recommend calling just before your class to check for cancellations.

Make-up Policy: Classes missed for any reason may be made up in another class of a comparable level (any style). We hope with the recent storms you will view this as an opportunity to try out some new styles of dance! Please contact us if you have any questions.

The Dance Barn, LLC is located in Greene County, Virginia and offers classes in ballet, jazz, tap, modern dance, and social/ballroom dance for children of all ages and adults.  Our mission is to foster a love of dance in all our students by providing quality dance training in a creative and supportive environment.

Each class meets once per week, September through May, and culminates in a Spring Showcase performance, where students have a chance to share the skills they have worked on all year.  In addition, The Dance Barn offers another optional performance opportunity through our December production of The Nutcracker Suite.  As we grow, we will also have a youth company performing regularly in the community.
